The room was comfortable and clean. Great bed. My only issue was that the coffee maker was broken so I couldn't make a cup of coffee when I got up. And the batteries were dead in the remote so I couldn't turn on the TV. These aren't a major issues but two problems with my room in a single stay is a little much. If you're going to advertise that the room has a TV and coffee maker shouldn't they work? I arrived at 2am. I wasn't about to start calling staff at that time of the morning and I had to be up early after a late night. It would have been nice to be able to prepare a cup of coffee. It shows a lack of concern for their customers comfort.

We were happy with everything - location, cleanliness, and a good breakfast included. If we had to give one possibility for improvement, we found the room a bit hot for sleeping, but this is a personal choice.

Great service. Customer service was excellent. The view was very beautiful. Lots of breakfast availability. Great space in guest room. Love the bed couch and large bed. Market came in handy. Had fun swimming and enjoyed using the gym.

Hotel, breakfast and staff were very good and based on that would give a 5, but the parking in the tiny underground garage was a nightmare we had the privilege to pay for every night. Its way too small for todays vehicles and we barely made it out daily without scraping sides of the truck on the walls

Great location and otherwise nice except I found a bed bug in the bathroom during my stay. The front desk moved me to another room but unless the entire property has been treated for bed bugs, I will avoid this location in future.

This was my first stay at IHG property in Canada, everyone was amazing at the hotel no questions arose during my stay, i only can point out that no one contacted from property to get my preference before arrival which resulted in being assigned to accessible room, but this had not affected my experience during the stay.
