The reception clerk allowed someone other than me to check into the hotel and use my point that i have accrued and worked hard for. I called the front desk and they never answer to resolve issue. Should be fired.

This location supposedly has been renovated. I think they forgot to put padding on the floors . Being placed on the first floor was a mistake. The noise from the room above was ridiculous. (Hearing creaking and walking across the floor for hours after 11:30 pm is crazy) I shared this concern with the desk Manager .

Jacob was great at check in. Acknowledged my status right away and gave me a late check out with asking for it. my wife also had a great experience with staff when she went down stairs to get coffee. She received a full intro on the new whole bean coffee machine and how it works and the coffee was great. The next morning I had a chance to check out the new coffee machine and it was everything my wife told me. GREAT COFFEE!

The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the hotel manager who was perform everything professional to make us feel refreshed and warmed welcome after a long 20 hours flight.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and we were very happy to be there. The room was quiet and clean, the front desk staffs were friendly and helpful, the location was great, it is convenient to Caltrain station and restaurant. We really enjoyed to stay there.
