Holiday Inn Express is the perfect set up. Right off the highway. Facilities was very nice. The rooms met all of our expectation. My grandchildren who was with us enjoyed the space they had. I will continue to visit this hotel and share with others as well.

No, I do not recommend this property.
I was locked out of the room I paid for for over 5 hours. I had called the front desk 10 times with no response at all. I had to go through corporate to get anyone to answer. I had an event to attend so I wasn’t able to stay on top of them. I called back 5 hours later and still nothing was fixed. It took me calling that time to have a maintenance guy fix the door. They fixed it at some point but never confirmed that with me. They said they would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Our stay couldn't have been better! If I could have scored 100 on everything I would have. We received excellent customer service, excellent breakfast-great variety of hot/cold and fresh food choices, and I cannot say enough about how clean everything was from the entry, breakfast area, elevator, room it was all spotless and smelled amazing! It made for a great girls weekend! We will definitely be back!!

everything clean and comfortable, good food choices and the lady kept up with the demand. Bed was great, and room was clean. Picky about showers, and this was a good one.
Only problem was door had to be pushed/pulled hard to latch!

The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of choices for food and drinks. The coffee had a very good and bold flavor including fresh creamer for the coffee.
