Very good hotel. They are in the process of remodeling. When it is complete, the hotel should be even better. Great staff, front desk, kitchen, house keeping, and managers.
I stay at many IHG properties, this is one of the best.

Very disappointed stay. Unclean room, have to go to front desk to get your own TP, parking for guests an issue because of construction, breakfast running out of food, 3 days in a row, rude night front desk person, had to move out of 1st room because of construction noise, hearing from kitchen staff how their budget is cut so we as the quest don't have the enough supplies!
