I was searching for a hotel in the Princeton area for my father in laws funeral. We needed 10 rooms or more. Ed accompanied us and gave us a block rate. It was a great stay and the staff was friendly!

Stayed overnight for a business trip. The room was nice and clean. If you intend to use streaming services, ensure you bring a device as this hotel (or at least the room I stayed in) did not have a Smart TV. Breakfast choices were not great, but the local businesses (walking distance with adjoining parking lot) have excellent food choices, not just breakfast.

The staff was very friendly upon check-in and we got a little welcome bag for being IHG members. Our room was large with a lot of extra space, which was amazing since we were staying with a pack-n-play and a wild toddler. It was a little loud due to the hotel location being by fast roads and a stop sign, but there's not much that can be done about that (we kept the HVAC unit fan on all night). My only real complaint was that the pool was old and dirty so we didn't want to spend much time playing in there with my son.

No, I do not recommend this property.
We are diamond elite. Our preferences are high floor away from elevators. We were put on 1st floor firevtly by elevator. We got to the room and it didn’t even have a TV in it. Went back to the front desk. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing at all. Couldn’t believe there was a new TV in. It moved just two doors down on the other side of the elevator. Hotel was dirty. The rooms were a mess. I would never stay here again due to the lack of customer service in the dirty rooms.

No, I do not recommend this property.
The gm accused me of smoking pot in the room and charged me $500. I wasn't smoking and there was no pot. When I pointed out that this charge was over 3 times what the hotel says it charged, he replied "I can charge whatever I want, you where smoking pot.
When I ask why he didn't call the police or have me removed from the property, there was no response. He refused to talk to me.
Then he called all the surrounding motels and had me blacklisted.
When a representative from ALE(They book emergency housing) ask why he was doing this to me and that it was emergency housing and that my house had burned down? He replied "he didn't apologize to me, he should have been honest. )

We had a very good night sleep on the comfortable bed and pillows. Room was clean as well as the hotel itself including the pool and hot tub. The owner greeted us during breakfast as was so kind. The breakfast was fantastic. Overall I was very impressed with the quality and comfort of my stay. I will definitely come back next trip passing through
