Terrible experience stayed for two nights elevator unsure if would work noisy thin walls with concrete ceiling felt like dorm room food was terrible cold every morning not warm one good thing they offer many fruits to select from and Oikos yogurt poo selection of tea and coffee was cold and burnt tasting. Parents slllowed children to be unruly playing in weight room and running around while I tried to my workout in. Smokers stood around front door got to smell and be exposed to several cigarette smokers. Didn’t feel safe. Terrible location to get to

Staff was not real friendly, breakfast room very small with less choices than a normal IHG (no yogurt, hard boiled eggs, or milk cartons). Took very few people to fill all seating. Very little water pressure. Check out day rushed by housekeeping to leave (was 8:30) Much better options in Phoenix area. Would not stay here again.

This property exceeded expectations. Room was a generous size and clean. Liked the “bench” for laying out suitcases and with hooks above. Pillows were good….something that is difficult for some places to get right.

We have been staying at IHG/Holiday Inn properties for over 40 years. This facility was by far the worst one we have ever encountered. I am a Platinum IHG card holder, so I have stayed hundreds of nights in hotels all over the country. I am also a disabled veteran, therefore, even more concerned that this property was below standards, as it failed to meet ADA requirements. For example, one of the two elevators was not working the entire time we were there. The second elevator worked "off and on" for the time we were there. This hotel has five floors, and the hotel workers told us "someone will be out on Wednesday" to fix it (we were there Friday and Saturday nights)! The desk staff were notably concerned, however, the manager and owner were unavailable. In addition, this hotel was understaffed. Rooms were not cleaned until after 5:00 pm. The same staff who worked the desk were trying to handle the breakfast room, where only one two-slice toaster worked, the juice machine was empty, and tables were not cleaned. Our biggest concern was that the elevators were not working and the immediacy of the problem was not addressed.

The good: location, near airport, Arizona Mills Mall (food and entertainment options) Room was clean, bed was comfortable. plenty of space
The Bad: only 1 elevator, 1 car was out of order our entire 5 night stay. The other car was out of order several times during our stay. No sense of urgency from staff that this was an inconvenience, as people had luggage and golf bags to to get up and down stairs. No offers to makeup for the inconvenience. (we were on the 6th floor) Breakfast area: Both the seating area and the food area are way too small, especially as the hotel was sold out. Needed extra help in the food area to restock and clean tables. A disappointing stay

Platinum Elite Member. The overall experience was good as the room was clean and comfortable. What ruined the stay for me was being awakened at 3am by someone trying to enter my room. Luckily I set the latch so they were not able to open the door more an a few inches. I called the front desk a few times and got no answer. In the morning I inquired at the front desk at checkout and was told that it was security who tried to enter and that they had the wrong room. Not sure this makes it any better.

Great location and excellent staff.
I stayed here during the phx open, so prices were a little higher than normal all over town.
Very satisfied with clenthiness and comfortable room and bed.
