I’ve stayed here a couple of times for work over the last ten years. Location is its biggest upside. When I stayed here in 2019, they were remodeling. I will say, I do like the river next to the hotel. The road noise is loud during the day, and drowns the river noise out though.
Six years later I returned and was very disappointed with the upkeep on the room. The floors were clean, but sticky, the furniture was gross and stained, and the walls dirty.
Every single contact I had with female front desk staff was superiorly negative. The long-haired guy at night was awesome, and very accommodating. But those other ladies, yikes! Whether by phone or in person, they were just nasty to us. As if I was begging for food, or stealing from them. All I wanted to do was check in!
Staff alone motivates me to skip this property in the future, not the mention the poor upkeep.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Room was very clean. Exercise room was clean. Beds were comfortable . I love this hotel and will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family...

I have been top tier with IHG for 12 years. In those 12 years I either extend or checkout early 75% of the time. I have never been charged for an extra day before. I also top tier with Hilt0n and they have never charged me for early checkout. The lady at the front desk was absolutely cold and unfeeling about my distress due to this unusual policy. I had to charge my customer for a hotel stay that never happened. This put me into a very difficult position. I will never darken the doorstep of this hotel again. If any IHG property does this to me again Hilt0n will be getting all my business from that day forward. I stay in hotels 5 days a week, except for holidays and vacations, so it is a good chunk of change.
I brought this to the Diamond desk and have received no response. Not Happy.

We were here for a cheer competition, it was a little chaotic at check in but they had a snow storm the night before. While they were behind & we did have to wait a bit they were certainly trying. Overall we would come here again, just maybe not in winter

While we were here several schools were staying for chear competition. Have to thank them on how they conducted themselves. Gives a guy hope! They were even using stairs so as not to tie up the elevator.

This is one of my favorite locations to stay in Oregon right on the river. The people are pleasant. The places is amazing the food. The breakfast is superb as usual all in all all the rooms have a river view beautiful setting recommend staying when you’re in Clackamas.
