The room was clean but the A/C was not working. No ventilation in the room. Didn't notice until late in the evening after returning from the Opry otherwise I would have changed rooms.

We stayed there seven nights, we had a hard time getting new towels after about 4 days, or getting the trash removed, I ended up bringing it to the dumpster myself. Good breakfast that rotated items daily. HOWEVER, when we left, we left our hanging clothes, we got a call about 70 miles into our trip and turned around, picked up the bag of clothes, I should have checked it then but I didn't. later that day when we checked in to our next stop we opened it, everything was there except a winter coat was missing, it was hanging in the closet but not worn there - no need it was warm. We have called, someone obviously thought they needed it more than us. We are getting no response. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel. they should be doing background checks on employees that enter guests rooms,

The room was spacious, we really like it. Unfortunately the noise upstairs was terrible. We called front desk the 2 nights we were there, kids stomping, running till late night 12 and early in the morning. The least I did was rest. I will not come back here.

This hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The location is a little far from broadway at the beach (our main focus for the mini vacation we had), but we made it work! It was an easy drive and there didn’t seem to be a lot of people there when we visited. We don’t have any complaints about the hotel itself. Our neighbors though - super loud when coming in/out of their room. I understand being on vacation but early in the morning, people should try to be courteous of others who might still be sleeping.

Our stay was very pleasant here I felt at ease and easy to navigate up to our room. The hotel has plenty of parking and an excellent view of the bay out in the breakfast area. The lay out of our room has the kitchen equipment in the front of the room so we had them out of sight unless needed to use them which is great for younger children to not explore and touch them. I really liked the bathroom mirror and the door length mirror. Great for a quick picture made me feel confident on my travels. I bought shampoo and body wash from home but I chose to use the one provided. It left my feeling refreshed. They also provided a bottle of lotion wash. The wardrobe furniture should out to me. It was a pretty piece provided in our room. We were also close to plenty of stores and attractions.
