Nice , Very Comfortable BUT the A/C so NOISY you couldn't sleep ,was like being next to a plane taking off , however the staff and facility was great ,the breakfast was average, could use some better cold selections

The staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel was very clean. Check in and checkout was fast and easy. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The breakfast staff was helpful, friendly, and talked to us. Hotel checked off all of our boxes and we would stay here again.

My husband and children stayed at the hotel for one night. My son left his beloved security blanket inside some bed sheets unknowingly. We live 185 miles away. We called the hotel front desk, when we realized it was not packed in our suitcase. Jennifer was the hotel employee on staff that evening. As a mom of seven children herself, she recognized the special significance this blanket has for my son. She promised to ship it for us in the morning. I called the next day and spoke with Marquel, and he confirmed that the blanket was shipped via USPS and provided us the tracking #.
The blanket arrived today! Before the return of his security blanket, my son reverted to sleeping in our bed at home for the past couple of nights awaiting the blanket. We will all sleep better now that the blanket is returned!! Thank you:)
The front desk staff are exemplary. I hope they get acknowledgement and compensation.
As business owners ourselves, we recognize the challenge of finding caring individuals to perform beyond their daily tasks. I am not one to take the time to write these reviews usually, but in this case, the gesture of caring and ensuring our beloved security blanket was mailed home had a profound impact on our family. Thank you sincerely!
