The beds were so hard, I have never slept on something so firm in my life. I couldn't get comfortable. Really hurt my sleep.

Showed up at 2am extremely tired to check in. Front desk was extremely friendly and got me set up in my room within minutes. Bed was comfortable and clean and breakfast was great.

A few days before our stay we contacted the hotel after noticing the website said the pool was closed for renovation from the end of January to February 7. We wanted to make sure the pool would be open and warmed up before our stay on February 14. The person we talked to said it was open and warm. Two days later we arrived and as we checked in were informed that people had said the pool was cold. We checked it as the front desk said she wasn't sure how cold and it could have just been a personal preference, but we could swim at the hotel across the parking lot. The pool along with the pool area were extremely cold, we travel with an infant thermometer for our kids just in case and the pool was reading 54 degrees. We were grateful for the pool across the street, but there is no way in the two days before we stayed the temperature dropped that much, and had we known ahead of time we would have canceled our reservation and stayed at a different hotel in the area.
Other then that the stay was fine. The heater in the room was really loud and took a bit to kick in, but the hotel was clean and comfortable overall. Just know if you are looking for abplace to swim with your family, choose somewhere else.

Hotel had a friendly staff but the property overall was lacking on the details. Room was too cold and you could not adjust the temperature any higher, they didn't place a blanket in the room I requested, room was not cleaned the last night I was there. Room key didn't open the gym. Front desk staff had to open it every time I wanted to use it. Cinnamon rolls were cold in the center for breakfast. Room was clean upon arrival. Lobby is about what I expected.

The hotel was fine. The early morning desk person was always friendly. For whatever reason the door to the gym wouldn’t open (every morning) so he would open it it. Worked in the evenings just not the mornings. They did leave a large ladder open, in the middle of floor for no apparent reason which reduced the useable space. On the last day it was a lady at the desk and she didn’t have a key so I couldn’t get in. It’s a 24hrs gym so the time shouldn’t have been an issue. They do have an indoor pool which was being repaired. Breakfast was standard fair but always ready on time if not earlier which was great for my schedule. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.
