Bad service
I booked and paid thru 3rd party. when i checked in i informed agent that last minute the coach informed us that the tournament was only the 8th and 9th now so i would be checking out the next day. I noticed that i was not refunded so i reached out to location and they told me to reach out to 3rd party agent i booked thru. So when i did they reached out to property stating they will not return my money because i booked thru a 3rd party. I called location and talked to the manager She stated the same that they want people to book directly thru them and not 3rd parties so they dont issue refunds. She stated i booked thru 3rd party to save money when i shouldve booked directly thru them instead. Then after i got off phone, they charged my card for more money. For what reason i dont know what excuse. They wont answer phone now.

This is the first bad review I ever did with a Holiday Inn, I stayed in room 306, the room had a musty smell, and we had to keep the air conditioner on all night to keep the air moving. Two rooms down from us a lady had 3 dogs in the hallway. Seeing the dogs, I was wondering if the stains on the rug was from dog poo.
Monday morning at 510am the fire went off, at first, I thought it was a false alarm, but when the room started smelling like smoke and the fire trucks were outside, we grabbed our things and went to our car. Going down to staircases someone or some animal peed in staircase. After waiting about a half hour we decided to leave. We had late check out because our flight was leaving at 2 PM. But now at 550am went to airport and sat around for 7 hours waiting for our flight. I thought someone would reach out to us but no one did.

Let me start off saying we always try to stay on an IHG property. This by far was the worst place we have ever stayed. The staff was very courteous and accommodating, and the room appeared fresh and clean.
After we returned from dinner, we got ready for bed and when I laid down, I got a “whiff” of this terrible odor. I tried to determine where it was coming from. It wasn’t the comforter, sheets, mattress or mattress pad, but then I sniffed closer to the carpet area. It wreaked the smell of pet urine and that’s when I noticed the carpet was soiled.
I notified the front desk and he confirmed there were no other rooms available for the night and there was really nothing he could do. I asked for Febreeze. He wasn’t sure if they had any available and he would call me back to let me know. Five minutes later he called me back and told me he had found some, and to come to the front desk to get it.
It made matters worse for several hours, because the febreeze seemed to enhance to odor instead of eliminating it. After several treatment sorayst during the night, I finally placed two towels over the soiled area and it created a barrier from the odor.
The front desk was very accommodating the following morning and had documented my concerns during our stay.
Lesson learned….do not stay in pet friendly hotels!

We stayed here for one night last weekend. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had nice towels. I also liked the Dove products that were offered.
Breakfast was very good and tasty. I would definitely stay here again. Also we ate brunch at the Canopy Cafe just down the road. Their food and service was excellent plus I loved their coffee!
