Breakfast was great!
Room is not the cleanest.
Great location!
Lamps on both sides of the bed were rusty, one of the lamps did not work
Rooms are a little outdated.
All in all and OK place to stay, but would not highly recommend it.

No, I do not recommend this property.
Customer service was great!!! But the condition of the hotel wasn’t the greatest. Stain ceiling in the room, shower need replacing including toilet, wire hanging out of the wall, refrigerator didn’t work at all and room was not properly cleaned.

The service that i received particularly from Alexander and Brenda was above average. I was staying for a business conference, and I can't wait to come back for leisure time! The food especially at our reception was so good I didn't need dinner especially the crab dip and coconut shrimp. I was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast options were great, and the bed was the most comfortable I have experienced in any hotel. The beach location is the cherry on top.

The staff were very friendly. I never had to worry if my room was going to be cleaned or towels added to my room. The breakfast was wonderful every day. I know to most it may not seem like much but the coffee was great! Usually at all my stays in hotels the coffee tastes like it has been sitting in the pot for a long time but not here.

This is my go to whenever we come out to visit our son. I consider this stay a home away from home. Steven the desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. My husband is disable and we've been very fortunate to get the ground floor. I don't have any negative to say about our stay. I do however do have a complaint about Kyle the desk clerk, we checked out got home to Fayetteville and notice our grandson left his pillow in the room, I called right away and spoke with Kyle he said he would check into it and call me back. However I had to call him back about 2 hours later to see if he was able to found out anything he in turned said the staff had gone for the day and he would personally go to the room since no one was checked into it and call right back. Of course you guessed it no call back. I am taking this as a loss pillowed. That would be my only complaint.

This hotel was very comfortable and convenient. I was visiting the area to consider moving to the area. Our room was a great base of operations. My granddaughter and I had a great time. i'll be moving to the area in the spring.

Very comfortable hotel had to stay here for a route I was doing. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Had a very well sleep and will continue to visit this establishment when in town once again.
