Management communication and staying ahead of problems is terrible. The smell I. The room made the kids miserable, overbooking the hotel should not be the guests problem who made reservations, construction and closure of amenities should be disclosed before booking. Cleaning staff and people serving breakfast were fantastic.

The hotel had a secure parking lot, very clean rooms, polite staff members, and was very quiet. I stayed here for business and will definitely return. Couldn’t ask for more.

The exercise room is out dated. The treadmill hasn’t worked in the past few months. The breakfast area the four slice toaster hasn’t been working properly. Only one side works and you have to reach inside the toaster to get your bread or other item you are toasting which could cause you to burn your fingers.

Great stay, comfortable place, great staff, nice property. My concerns is that housekeeping is poor, dirty floors, elevator is filthy, tile work in kitchen area around at the steps of the dining area are left with sharp edges, no bull nose tile or trim leaving the edges sharp and dangerous, someone could cut their foot, shin if a fall occurs someone can seriously get hurt.
The elevator has a step hazard in the lobby, elevator is lower than the lobby floor it's a trip hazard. The fitness center is dusty and dirty. I don't think this place was thruway cleaned after construction. the film dust from the tiling of the floors has never been mopped clean. The Pool area decor, landscape, paint and flooring around the pool area are left unfinished looks abandoned unfinished not to the standard i am seeing at the IHG chain. Laundry room was unfinished to use.
The Bathroom shower in room 410 is unusually high, when you stand on it, it does not feel stable, squeaks as under the shower is stuffed with plastic. truly poor-quality work from the contractor.
Only One elevator was operational, second elevator was off and had to take the stairs from the fourth floor to the outdoor fitness room, the stairs were dusty, dirty and once you exited you could not get back into the building, it di not have key access.
Overall, my overall view of this hotel is Unfinished, and needs inspection so that this location meets the standard of IHG.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel rooms were out dated and bathrooms weren’t in the best of shape the staff when I called back to ask about charges to my card were very rude. I’ve been calling for over a week to speak to general manager still no feedback I’m not familiar with the houston area my family came down and over 10 rooms were booked other than that I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
