Upon arrival they didn't have room available per my reservation so I had to get a more expensive room that they "said" would be adjusted later, back to my promised room rate. I got the bill at checkout & was told again it would be adjusted, it was not. AND the upgraded room they put myself & my daughter in had a VERY strong marijuana smell, the hotel was full of kids that were on a team event & they ran the halls ALL evening & kept us up AND there was a ticking noise all night long that I was told later was bad bathroom exhaust fans that are slowly being replaced currently. When they changed my room the next day to my promised room/reservation, that room was fine...And the kids were checked out by that evening.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. Very happy with the cleanliness, staff, beds, and breakfast. I’ll keep staying with this company in future visits.

The only good part hotel rooms were clean but they flat out denied saying they have available one bed room but couldn’t switch or upgrade because I booked on points. In that case they either donot understand partner program and should not be part of. The main light was not working properly and they had no one to look into or shift me my room again because of points. I am platinum honors in this chain of IHG

The hotel overall looked nice and was clean when I first walked in there was nobody at the front desk another guest had been waiting for a while he went and had to track her down. As a matter of fact every time I went out to the front on afternoon shift there was no one out there. When I checked in I asked if I could have a room in a different location because it was right by the elevator and the bathrooms and where I knew a lot of noise would be and she said that they were pretty full and couldnt but I'm pretty sure she just didn't want to get in the computer and change the locations because we were an earlier arrival lots of people had not checked in yet and wasnt sold out but I didn't want to argue. In the room the toilet rocked so bad it wasn't just it needed a new wax ring it was like barely bolted down. The remote was all gunked up. The beds were really hard but I know that's not something management controls. Every morning all we heard in the hallway was housekeeping and maintenance yelling back and forth right outside our room so that was pretty aggravating. I asked for a noon check out on the second day we were there and someone was pounding on the door from housekeeping right at 11:00 so that information didn't get relayed. Overall the property was great but it was just so many little things.

Excellent location next to great shopping area and selection of restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and orderly. Easy on off to I-70 and close to area attractions. It’s a definite choice to return for my next stay

Iwas able to check right in no waiting we had the wrong check in date but Michele took care off it no hassle at all the room was clean and truthfully the whole hotel was clean they had excellent amenities such as the pool and exercise room to top it off the breakfast was delightful with a variety of food and drinks that was freshly made
I was impressed with the hotel and staff and proudly say that I am glad to be a IHG member
