Wonderful hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful, common areas well very clean and well maintained. Room was exceptionally clean and inviting, bed was super comfortable and in room amenities were excellent. Definitely would recommend.

This is the third or fourth time I've stayed at this IHG property for a golf tournament, and it's where I always choose to stay when in/around Gulf Shores. It's close to everything, the price is fair, and the staff are incredibly responsive.
This trip, the door to my room actually jammed shut; it wasn't a problem for me, since it was as I was leaving for the day, but they promptly called in the engineer--on his day off--to get it fixed as soon as possible, although I wouldn't be back to the hotel for at least eight hours. They call with updates as well.
Great folks.

We’ve stayed here for the third time in the last five years and every time it’s been a great choice for stay! Would recommend this hotel to anyone in the Gulf Shores area that is ok with not being directly on the beach.

We always choose Holiday Inn Express when we come to Gulf Shores. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, The breakfast has plenty of choices and is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located not far from Walmart or Publix and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The beach is located a short drive. Fort Morgan is also near by.

Jim at checkin was helpful, courteous and very welcoming. Breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choices and kept stocked pretty well. Very good location and close to everything. It would be nice to have a couple of complimentary waters in fridge in room since to buy them they were 4.00 each.

The hotel was moderately clean, staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. The bed was comfortable. WiFi would not work during our entire stay, I did try to alert staff and he apologized for the situation but was unable to fix the issue. Begging early room service would begin cleaning rooms, which I understand. But they would block the doors with the door locks and as they would enter and leave the room the doors would slam against the lock preventing us to get any rest once they began cleaning. I did see roaches in the stairwell, bathrooms were moderately clean.
