Fix the small things the contractor messed up and the hotel will be great. Hire a maintenance person to repair the small issues. The breakfast is old. Same ole thing everyday. Get different eggs, fake scrabbled eggs are done.

I had the best room excellency at this place! It was beautiful, good food and atmosphere. Beautiful and friendly people with awesome customer service skills. The breakfast was awesome and hot just the way I like it!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The underground parking was unexpected and turned out to be a great feature. The room was clean and well appointed. The common areas were clean and in excellent shape. Very close to downtown and a great walking trail.

Clean and nice hotel that is walkable to the Downtown area of Durango with good restaurant choices. The rooms are well maintained and modern that offer a relaxing environment. The staff is top notch and friendly.

Hello,
Overall my stay was great. I really like the breakfast. This time I was in room 312. There is a load noise in that room. I think when the compressor on the roof kicks in, it causes a humming noise/vibration in this room. I ran the fan on low and put earplugs in to sleep. You might want to look into this. Last time I was closer to the elevator and didn't notice it.
