The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed is comfortable. Enjoyed the whirlpool. The room was clean. It was a little noisy in the evening from the traffic outside. Window does not seem to be soundproof. Other than that, the stay was great.

Everything in this Holiday Inn Express was excellent. The youthful staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful when I asked about a dinner restaurant. The one they sent me to was close at hand and it was a fun experience.
The decor of the lobby reminds one of a ski or hunting lodge. It catches your attention immediately. I was surprised to enter such a different, yet inviting environment.

It has some fun designs and decors, not the standard holiday inn looking. The hot tub was really nice after skiing. And the staff are extremely friendly.

We always stay at this hotel when skiing at seven springs, and in the past it had always been great. However, this time our bathroom had mildew and the carpet was in dire need of a deep clean. The hot tub was broken for most of our four night stay, and there was no house keeping during our stay. If hotels want us to reuse towels, they really need to provide ample hanging space for all guests in a room.

I want to assure you that we take cleanliness very seriously, and your comments about the bathroom and carpet are concerning. I will address these issues with our housekeeping team to ensure they are rectified immediately.
I also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the hot tub being out of service. We strive to provide a relaxing experience for our guests, and I understand how disappointing this can be during a ski trip.
Regarding towels and amenities, we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We always have extra towels and other amenities available at the front desk, and I encourage our guests to reach out if they need any additional items during their stay. We’re here to help!

Comfortable bed and nice room. Receptionist made us feel welcome as soon as the door opened for us to enter. I went to use the pool but there were many people using the pool while I was there. Didn’t see a changing room near by - kids were walking up and down wet

I understand your concerns regarding the pool area and appreciate your feedback. While we currently do not have a separate changing room in the pool area, we do have a bathroom facility located directly outside of the pool. This is designed for our guests' convenience, allowing for a quick change or refreshing wash-up after enjoying the pool.

We were very pleased with the Donegal PA Holiday Inn Express. The room was spacious and comfortable, as well as quiet. We especially liked the layout and the chaise lounge instead of an armchair. The breakfast room was very pleasant and the breakfast was better than average although we are not fans of the turkey sausage or egg white "omelets". Good sweet rolls. Very friendly and knowledgeably staff. Our only complaint is the thermostat which makes it very hard to adjust the room to one's preferences without being blasted with cold air when trying to lower the temperature slightly. Very nice looking pool.
