Desk attendant was fast and very friendly when checking me in he also acknowledged me being an ihg member I enjoy staying at this location every time I'm in town this hotel is clean staff is friendly and is located in a great location with lots of things to do and places to eat near by

The stay was very good and we will return. Our problem was more the dog that was in the room above ours - it would run back in forth in the room. On our last night (before a long drive), at 3AM we were awakened by the sound of the dog running back and forth in the room above ours. I did go to the front desk and after voicing my concern the dog stopped. The dog running was heard other times, but not in middle of the night.
It certainly taught me to always ask for an upper floor room.
My suggestion is to have a dedicated area for dogs, preferably on the lowest level.
While I know people taking their pets on vacation (I guess the pets really enjoy vacations?), some of us are also highly allergic. Here again, having rooms for pets only would be helpful.

Great location if you need to be on the east side of COS. Comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely an above-average hotel breakfast - loved the egg white & veggie omelette.
My only minor complaint is that the walls are pretty thin so I could hear the TV in the next room if it was turned up pretty loud.

Upon arrival, I was greeted as a Silver Elite Rewards member and treated to delicious cookie and a refreshing bottle of water. My room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The next morning, breakfast was hot and delicious making my stay complete.
