Fire Alarms were Blaring between 8:30pm and 9 pm. I’m sure other guest who had my room number complained about the Room Entry Door not locking because it doesn’t LOCK! HUGE SAFETY CONCERN! I don’t care what town or city your in this is ABSURD!….You have to hold the toilet handle down in order for all your business to be flush down cause if not it stays there until you realize you have to hold the handle. . When checking out early the next morning, I told the lady at the front desk and she pretended to care… Talking to me like I’m a 5 year old and said I’ll be getting 10,000 points for the terrible experience. It’s been Days and I have yet to see those extra points! If you are passing through Moab please do not waste your money or time staying here! This town has plenty of named brand hotels to stay at. I travel ALL THE TIME and this stay here at Holiday inn in Moab, had to have been THE WORST! I will never stay here again!

Great hot tub - open late. Friendly staff. Close to late Arches. Flame over the pool shower is hot. I need to go on an on because IHG does not value briefness

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms were roomy and finally a hotel with good lighting!! The kids LOVED the pool area. The breakfast had excellent choices. The fitness room was also top notch. Fantastic location. Will definitely stay here again.

I love when a hotel provides rooms for families larger than 4 people. We are a family of 5 and holiday Inn Express has suite rooms available so we don’t have to get 2 rooms - double queen room with sofa bed. We have been coming to this hotel for 10 years and love it. The staff are always super friendly and even let us check in early. Their pool is heated year round and the hot tub is HOT like it’s supposed to be. My family has definitely created some awesome memories from staying in this hotel!

The staff were very friendly! The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable! The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast area neat and tidy. The pool area was amazing!!! I also used the fitness room which was excellent! Everything about this venue was superb!!! We will definitely stay here again!
