I definitely recommend this hotel to family & friends. My room was clean. Pool room was very clean. The bed is Amazing. The restaurant there was really under staffed. But everyone worked hard on service. They did it with a Good attitude.

We were in town for a basketball tournament & our daughters birthday weekend. Check In was a breeze, finding our room was easy. Plenty of choices for breakfast and nice to have a meal before you go out for a fall days adventure. Hotel was very clean, no complaints for our room. I didn’t like how the pool could only have 9 people, so it filled up quick. Also no spa. However I loved that the pool opened at 5 am. My daughter and I get up early so we got it all to ourselves. Parking was nice. Also there is a casino and Bar and grill. Unfortunately we were gone most of the time so we didn’t have time to check them out. There is a smoking area with heaters outside for those who smoke. All in all was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay again.

Stayed in Klamath while exploring the Redwood National Forest. This Hotel was one of the best IHG properties i have stayed at. It was incredibly relaxing, quiet, clean, comfortable and the staff was great. Will definitely be back!

Excellent stay for 2 days! I was recognized as a member. The restaurant food was delicious! I also won in the casino. Very friendly staff. The room is spacious and clean!

No, I do not recommend this property.
Horrible service that’s all you need to know. I did use app to let them know I was checking in late. But I Couldn’t even stay because no rooms were available for me, that’s what the lady said to me before she asked my name or even ID. After 30-40 minutes of the lady “trying” to find my reservation. No accommodation, lady let me know they gave the room away to someone else and that there was nothing she can do for me. & right when I told her I’m leaving to stay at the McKinleyville holiday inn instead, she all of a sudden found a room for me. I told her no thank you because I just thought it was weird it took 30 minutes to find somewhere for me to sleep and so I left. Still was charged though even though I didn’t stay at this hotel. Shout out McKinley Holiday inn though for letting me stay at there hotel with no reservation.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but in checking into your reservation it was for the night before and since you did not call or show up it went to a NO SHOW which all hotels do as explained upon arrival.
When you arrived the next day, the rooms were just being cleaned from the night before so we were trying to find a clean room you could go into at that point.
There was a room available but at that point you said to cancel.
I am sorry for this misunderstanding to the hotels policy and hope someday you come back.
Again I apologize for the inconvenience
