Poor attention to detail on remodel. Door not properly hung so deadbolt would not engage. broken coffee machine in room, front desk would not replace

Dear Kello9876,
I appreciate you taking the time to fill out a survey. I am sorry you experienced trouble with your Keurig machine. My front desk agent stated that she tested it and the machine was working properly. I would have come & tested it myself but you had your DND on the door so I did not enter your room. I was never gicen any information about the deadbolt but I will certainly follow up on that. I hope you will consider giving us another try.

Even though they were in the middle of the remodel, they were still efficient and clean and this was important just to be able to sleep at night.

Your policy of Assuming that everyone is dishonest by charging $100.00 upon arrival is offensive. I have stayed in Holiday Inns all over the world and have never been treated this way.
Upon arrival I was register by Ray, who had a take it or leave it attitude. When departing the following morning I had the pleasure of Meeting Halley who was very courteous and genuinely concerned with my opinion.

I apologize for the inconvenience you endured by having an incidental hold put on your reservation. I am happy to hear that Hailey listened to your concerns and tried to address them as best she could. We add that hold to all reservations as do almost every hotel I have been to myself. I have signage posted at our front desk so that all our guests, including members, know that they are having a hold put on their account for damages. I know that this might be difficult to understand but if we find a room with damages after the guest leaves, we are unable to do anything without that hold. I will be happy to further assist in any way I can but this practice is within IHG standards. I hope you have a great rest of your day.

We had issues with the room insofar as insufficient plugs, very noise, and I don't know why. there is only one box of tissues in the room. The choices for breakfast were okay, but they could have had some bacon.

I went to this hotel because I was staying at a hotel next-door and the experience was terrible there so I called them up and they found a room for me and what a difference so much more comfortable ,cleaner, and the people were so much nicer.
