The staff was friendly, but the beds were not very comfortable, the tiny bathroom (shower and toilet) were old and need cleaning and updating, and the continental breakfast left something to be desired.

I would just like to say this staff are Rock Stars from the GM Gene to Sales Manager James to Managers Brittany and Tee to the front desk Stephanie, and the other front dest staff. and the night Auditor and the maintenance Milcheal.They all treated me with great customer service and they made sure that my stay wall enjoyable.

This was our 3rd IHE hotel during our travels and by far the most beautiful. Even though it is older than the others it was incredibly maintained and decorated.

The staff was incredibly helpful especially when I unexpectedly needed to extend my stay. The TV in the room is large and has multiple ports to connect your laptop (great if you need to practice a presentation!) I stayed in a standard double Queen room. The sink was separate from the main part of the bathroom which was convenient (though the actual bathroom part was pretty small). Still, it was always clean and had large sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers. There were tons of towels and plenty of other amenities (hair dryer, fridge, microwave, iron, etc). Breakfast was excellent and the location was centrally located and an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Would definitely stay here again.

I noticed the building showed wear as the trim was damaged, but repaired, the elevators were showing wear on the walls and the air handling was challenging to set. The elevators were next to the room and heard the elevator during the night. The available food for breakfast was fine, the room was clean and well stocked and the bed sas comfortable.

We’ve been coming to this hotel for years because of its proximity to the Shepherd center. Nothing has been updated and the last few times I’ve noticed just how much it needs updated. The carpet looks old. There are stains on the curtains. This time the hot water didn’t even work. The cinnamon rolls are good though.
